Warehouse Workspace in Telford
The client required a new 145sqm office within an existing warehouse, alongside the alteration and refurbishment of a further 170sqm of existing office and breakout space. The challenge was to deliver the new office within a defined timeframe, making efficient use of the existing building structure, while also improving staff facilities and creating spaces better suited to the activities taking place across the wider facility.

We worked with the client to develop a tailored office solution within the existing warehouse, making efficient use of the existing steelwork to minimise unnecessary alterations and support a streamlined construction programme. The later refurbishment focused on transforming the existing office and breakout areas, creating more functional and appropriate spaces for staff to work, meet, relax and take breaks. Our approach considered how the different areas of the building were used and how the improvements could better support the day-to-day needs of the workforce.
The Outcome
The new office was completed within the required timeframe, enabling the client to progress with their wider objectives without delay. The subsequent refurbishment created improved staff facilities and more effective breakout spaces, providing an environment that better reflects the needs and activities of the business. Together, the projects made better use of the existing building while delivering practical improvements to both the working environment and staff experience.
