Full Commercial Refurbishment for Star Cars in Birmingham
Star Cars needed a full refurbishment of its commercial space in Birmingham, spanning both internal customer and staff areas and the building's external presence. The scope was broad: from customer-facing reception through to first-floor offices, alongside the site's external fencing, parking, signage and facades all needing to come together as one coherent scheme.

Our Response
Internally, the main entrance and customer reception area, first-floor offices and main hub were redesigned for both customers and staff, alongside internal layout alterations and changes to the existing windows. Externally, new perimeter fencing, parking, illuminated signage and electric vehicle charging points were introduced, with modern full-height glazing and projecting feature signage added to the main façades, and render applied to the remaining ground-floor external areas.
The Outcome
The refurbished site gave Star Cars a headquarters befitting a modern fleet operating across Birmingham, and also delivered improved fire strategy and thermal performance across the building. The new electric vehicle charging points and improved facilities support the business and gives both staff and customers a refreshed, purpose-built base to match the scale and reputation the company has built,
