We undertake projects of all scales and we believe in the value of design, we ask that our client’s share this view.
As a Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Chartered Practice we follow the RIBA Plan of Work, essentially taking a project from initial briefing to concept design, planning permission, detail design/specification and building regulations, and continuing our involvement when the project is on site to monitor progress and quality.
Although we’d obviously prefer to be involved in a project from inception to completion we are happy to undertake feasibility studies only, take projects to planning only, or indeed picking up projects with planning permission already and develop them for construction.
Interior Architecture and Refurbishment
Many of our projects involve the refurbishment or remodelling of an existing building, or often with a combination of new build.
This work will typically fall into a number of categories such as designing the interior of a new build project alongside another Architect, working as an Interior Architect to remodel old and often Listed Buildings, or undertaking pure interior design projects such as offices, restaurants, hotels, retail and many more.
Interior Design and Fit-Out
Our body of work includes interior fit-outs, interior design, and full FF&E procurement for a variety of projects, over a range of sectors including education, workplace, healthcare and leisure.
We take on new build interior design projects, as well as re-design spaces, working closely with the client to understand the issues and develop solutions. Our scope of services includes space planning, all furniture specifications, internal graphics, and interior finishes.
Unlike a number of established design-led practices we do undertake house extensions and the remodelling of houses. We apply the same quality design principles and processes to these projects and our friendly and approachable team take great care to demystify the process and guide one off lay-clients so they understand all of the aspects to a project.

Virtually all projects start with a feasibility study to help you test the viability and the opportunities of your project, typically producing a number of design options which range from the most cost effective and practical to a blue sky thinking approach. This effectively explores all of the opportunities that the project affords and will help you to prioritise and decide what is most important for you.
The feasibility study is offered as a fixed fee so you know exactly what your costs are to explore the project at this early stage.
