New Manufacturing Facility in Telford
As part of a large masterplan on a production site in Telford, a new 600 sqm industrial building was needed to expand general operations. The building was set to become one of the site's signature structures, with a tight timeframe: the client needed to take possession quickly, putting pressure on both the planning process and the construction programme.

The completed design consists of a newly built facility with separate plant and contained facilities, integrated into the wider masterplan. We achieved planning permission in record time, then worked closely with the contractor to deliver the facility on programme, ready for the client to take possession. Associated pathways, external landscaping and attenuated drainage were all designed in to ensure the facility met every planning requirement.
The Outcome
The result is a new 600 sqm signature industrial building, delivered to the client on time thanks to a rapid planning process and close contractor collaboration, supporting the wider expansion of operations across the Telford production site.
