A new 600sqm industrial building was required to expand the general operations as part of a large masterplan on a production site in Telford.

 

The building is one of the signature buildings on the site and consists of a newly built facility with separate plant and contained facilities. We achieved planning in record time and set about working with the contractor to deliver the facility in time for the client to take possession.

 

Associated pathways and external landscaping, together with attenuated drainage meant the facility met all planning requirements.
