Why they came to us

What we did

What we achieved together

At the heart of the layout is a hospitality spine, a striking design feature that runs through the central space, connecting various areas and creating a seamless flow.  Acoustic booths have been strategically placed to provide private, soundproofed spaces for focused work or confidential meetings, ensuring employees have a quiet retreat amidst the vibrant environment.

To enhance the overall functionality and comfort of the workspace, the design also includes several breakout areas, each furnished to encourage informal meetings and spontaneous conversations. These are complemented by a beautifully crafted winter garden featuring greenery and natural light.

The result is a workplace that balances connectivity and focus, fostering both collaboration and individual productivity. The hospitality spine not only serves as a unifying visual and spatial element but also enhances wayfinding and social interaction. The integration of acoustic booths and breakout zones has significantly improved the acoustic quality and flexibility of the space, allowing employees to choose environments that best suit their working style.
