New Facility for Envisage Hub in Coventry
Car prototype company Envisage Group needed a new, state-of-the-art facility in Coventry. The brief covered an office, front-of-house area, reception, three design studios and staff facilities, alongside a genuinely different requirement: a quiet space called The Street, designed to give both clients and staff somewhere calm to break away from the intensity of a working design studio.

The Street was designed as a genuinely calming area, with comfortable seating, quiet spaces for phone calls, and benches throughout. Functioning as a 'behind the scenes' experience, it links customers through to the main studio spaces while also giving designers and engineers a relaxed break-out area, a space where clients and employees can network naturally, away from the clinical intensity of the studios themselves.
The Outcome
Since completion, the Hub has continued to grow alongside the business, with studio 4 more recently renovated to keep the facility at the cutting edge of automotive design and engineering.
