Boutique Hotel Refurbishment for The Eaton Hotel
The Eaton Hotel in Edgbaston needed a comprehensive refurbishment of its 52 rooms and en-suite bathrooms, reception, function suite, exterior facades and rear courtyard. The hotel had to remain fully open to guests throughout the refurbishment.

The refurbishment delivered a classic modern style, using cool neutral shades and oak in the bedrooms, paired with a grey palette in the bathrooms for a calm, considered finish throughout. Alongside the physical works, our proposals included an element of rebranding, giving the hotel a renewed identity to match its elevated interiors. Careful phasing and sequencing allowed the full scope of works to be completed without disrupting guests at any point.
The Outcome
The result is a fully refurbished, 52-room independent hotel with a cohesive, contemporary identity, delivered without a single day of closure to guests. The refreshed interiors and rebrand work together to reposition the Eaton Hotel as a destination in its own right within Birmingham's Edgbaston.
