Workplace Refurbishment in Nottingham
A large, five-storey (including basement) office building in central Nottingham needed transforming into a contemporary workspace. The brief called for a complete interior remodel alongside an upgraded building envelope, improving both the working environment and the building's appearance.

The Outcome
The design opens up the reception area and creates larger, more open office suites, with new windows and skylights introduced to bring more natural light into the space. Cycling facilities are being added to the basement to support sustainable commuting, alongside wider improvements to the general working environment throughout.
Planning permission has been approved for the scheme, clearing the way for the refurbishment to proceed and transform the building into the contemporary office space the brief called for.
