Town houses and apartments, Jewellery Quarter
Our client commissioned us to obtain planning permission for the conversion of the existing office building into large apartments as well as a new storey on the roof. The project also included four 3 storey townhouses in the rear courtyard.
The existing building is sensitively refurbished whilst the new build storey and rear townhouses have a contextual but industrial aesthetic suitable for the area.
Once planning permission was obtained our client sold the project to another developer who completed the project with their own architects.
