We were commissioned to make proposals for a 4.5 acre greenfield site on the outskirts of Walsall.

The scheme included a 40,000 square foot distribution building, the headquarters building for the same company, and a corporate fitness and health suite for an internationally renowned sportswear company.

The warehouse building was tucked into the top corner of the site for ease of deliveries, whilst the pavilion buildings were set in a zen garden type landscape. Each of these pavilions maximised on views and daylight, as well as external covered areas which could be used regardless of the weather.

The pavilions feature large areas of glazing.
