This top floor apartment in a listed building in London W2 was in need of a complete refurbishment in order to bring it back to life and be more suitable for a contemporary lifestyle.

The design involved the removal of a series of internal partitions to create an open plan layout which helped to exaggerate the size of the space.

The brief was to create a very contemporary 'loft apartment'' living / dining / working / sleeping space whilst upgrading the general amenities and appliances.

To have the desired impact in a domestic environment such as this, attention to detail was critical and as such a controlled palette of materials and colours were used to achieve an integrated visual aesthetic which transformed the space.
