Centresoft is a subsidiary company of Activision, one of the leading players in the computer gaming industry. Given their business, the client wanted a stimulating environment which essentially put the needs of its employees first and foremost.

The practice was commissioned to design three interior spaces within this new speculatively designed headquarters building. These three spaces were the reception area, staff relaxation room, and staff canteen. Whilst each space had differing requirements, it was important that there was some commonality between them, as they represented three of the key spaces in the building.

The reception area had to negotiate between many circulation paths and different users, as well as providing different seating and waiting opportunities. The canteen was based on European eating houses and was principally designed to create a socially orientated environment.

The staff relaxation area features three playstation pods for staff to test and experience the company's own products, a brainstorming area, and space for a pool table.
