White House Redux Competition

From a European standpoint, President George W Bush does little to endear the USA to the rest of the world. However, in our mediated global village we are inspired by President’s Josiah Bartlett of “The West Wing” and the assassinated President David Palmer from “24” who are seemingly perfect - compassionate, deliberate, and inspiring, everything that Dubya is not.
In America’s self proclaimed role as the ‘world’s policeman’, the new white house needs to patrol the world on the policeman’s beat despite a universally acknowledged introspective and insular view of the world.
Our proposal dances around the world like the remarkable path of the pristine bullet which was allegedly used to kill President John F Kennedy. Any other explanation than the so called “magic bullet theory” would confirm a conspiracy, the assassination of a President by his own people, a coup d’etat, an act not befitting the sense of justice of the world’s policeman.
It must be accepted that the fragments are not realistic in either space or indeed time.
The magic bullet house fragments would be collated back at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and projected onto the north façade of the current White House with the gardens acting as a parking lot for the most spectacular Drive-In movie theatre in the world! The White House itself would become a hospital offering free healthcare as in the UK.
The whole proposal is deliberately ironic, how ironic that Europeans often believe that American’s do not understand irony!
