innovate approach to providing value for money on a range of projects from small refurbishments to major

housing schemes.

They understand the requirement of the housing sector and have recently designed a scheme in which we

gave a brief for a development on a redundant garage site. They were then selected to tender along with

other architects to give a presentation to our residents and answer questions on the design. This resulted

in Space Studio winning the tender to develop a scheme, which incorporates extended living housing.
