The design was based on two interlocking circles which define circulation routes and a series of spaces which dissolve into the glazed perimeter walls.
The design has as few internal partitions as possible which allows full length views across the apartment, leaving spaces to be defined by changes in level. A glass block panel set into the bedroom wall has the en-suite shower behind it, creating a water wall effect. Exposed services and ducting emphasise the New York loft feel.
