The neighbourhood office needs to portray an open yet secure, friendly and welcoming atmosphere to serve its community.
The brief was to update the existing office space to reflect Waterloo Housing's new contemporary brand identity. This was done by creating a contemporary space that us bright, airy and welcoming. The main green wall acts as a public / private division between the reception area and the administration office behind. The niches in this wall are used to house the numerous information leaflets available whilst on the private side the wall is utilised for file storage.
