We operate an equal opportunities policy promoting equality to all irrespective of gender, marital or civil partnerships, disability, employees with dependants/non-dependents, race, religious beliefs, sexual orientation or race.  Indeed several members of our staff are either of mixed race or have dependents. 50% of our staff are female.  We do and will not employ or tolerate any member of staff who does abide by our equal opportunities policy.  We are proud to say that, since our inception in 2000,we have never had to discipline any member of staff or work placement student with regard to equal opportunities.
